“The Surgeon Who Dropped His Scalpel for Society”

Dr. Thangadurai’s journey began in the high-pressure wards of a Government Hospital. An alumnus of the prestigious Madras Medical College (MBBS & MS), he was a skilled General and Laparoscopic Surgeon. Day after day, his hands performed the heavy work of "symptomatic management"—wound debridements, fasciotomies, and the heartbreaking necessity of amputations for diabetic foot complications.

While he saved lives on the operating table, a deep frustration grew. He saw the limitations of treating chronic conditions like Diabetes and Hypertension as lifelong sentences. He refused to accept that modern medicine was destined to only manage symptoms while the underlying fire of the disease continued to burn.

The 2016 Revelation:

In 2016, Dr. Thangadurai stepped back from the scalpel to dive into the science. After reviewing thousands of research papers on metabolic health, the "Aha!" moment arrived:
